Repossessed homes

Each quarter, the Association of Danish Mortgage Banks calculates how many owner-occupied homes have been repossessed by the mortgage banks due to default in mortgage payments.

The calculation is made as an aggregate of all private homes and thus includes single family and terrace houses, owner-occupied flats and holiday homes. The statistics are based on reports from the mortgage banks.
