New quarterly statistics on housing prices and transactions coming up
Housing prices and transactions
The Housing Market Statistics contain quarterly data on average square metre prices and the number of open market transactions involving detached and terraced houses, owner-occupied flats and holiday homes since 1992.
The statistics contain data for Denmark as a whole but also for the individual regions, subregions, municipalities and postal codes. The statistics also contain key figures on the mark-downs of the owner-occupied dwellings sold in the period from 2004 onwards.

The Association of Danish Mortgage Banks, the Danish Association of Chartered Estate Agents, the Danish Mortgage Banks' Federation and the Danish Bankers Association are behind the Housing Market Statistics.
