Management and secretariat

The highest decision-making authority of the Association of Danish Mortgage Banks is its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of one or more representatives from the Board of Management of member mortgage banks that represent more than 2 percent of the aggregate remaining bond debt.

The Association of Danish Mortgage Banks has a secretariat of approx. 20 employees. All activities are of direct or indirect importance to the activities of the mortgage banks and their framework of operation. The secretariat is organized in specialized departments and has an EU-based representative office in Brussels. The secretariat is managed by the Board of Management of the Association.
