Annual Meeting 2011

The Association of Danish Mortgage Banks held its Annual Meeting on 27 April 2011. At this event, chairman Peter Engberg Jensen gave a speech on the Danish Mortgage Model and provided an analysis on the implications that will follow with an implementation of the EU-proposal on new liquidity and capital adequacy rules. In the speech, he also described the development in the Danish mortgage industry in 2010.

The annual report 2010 was released at the meeting. It comprises chapters on the internationally unique Danish Mortgage System, the implications of new international rules for the Danish Mortgage System, and comments to a domestic debate on ARM's and interest rate risk.
